1 - Global context of the challenge

2 - Challenge/Opportunity definition

With the current global pandemic situation, we are all encountering several challenges within our daily lives. This brings awareness for the need of new solutions, which will have great impacts on our communities on several different levels. One of them is definitely the lack of human contact. There is a big opportunity to let technology make is way to solve this issue ensuring people stay connected. However, everyone understands that digital connection is not the same as human contact – So the challenge here is how do we impersonate online contacts

3 - Why is it important?

Being a technological company, which the core business is connectivity, is important to provide solutions that may help to reduce several negatives effects of the global pandemic situation – using our network!

4 - What do we want for the solution?

Provide a solution that could be applied to different contexts (business, personal, culture) that aims to reduce distance between people at online contacts. We also aim for this solution to be implementable national wide, bringing closer the more inaccessible regions of the country.
