EWA is an EIT Food program aimed at women from southern and eastern Europe with talent and passion for entrepreneurship in the agrifood sector.
This program seeks to find innovative solutions that solve the problems faced by the food system, paying special attention to areas that have a low innovation rate or difficult access to other incubation or acceleration programs.
10 women entrepreneurs from Portugal will participate in an educational program adapted to the specific challenges of women in relation to entrepreneurship.
For 6 months, participants will have access to: Personalized mentoring with an expert Tailor-made training Networking events Cash prizes of up to €10,000 €800 guaranteed upon participation
To be a women entrepreneur with passion for the agrifood sector To be located in Portugal To have a business idea OR to have founded a company no longer than 2 years ago To have received less than EUR 30,000 in public and private financing To be commited to participate in the program and in its events
