Project Managers (M/F)

Conditions:


    * Remuneration: Competitive package depending on experience, including healthcare plan, 22 days/y holiday leave and other benefits.

    * Place of work: Hybrid (Lisbon office at Lispolis, and remote).

    * Type of Employment: Permanent contract (post 6 month probation period).

Job description:


    * Implementation of the agreed strategy of technology-based acceleration programs and related projects including - but not limited to, EIT Knowledge Innovation Communities (KICs), namely Digital, Climate, Food, Urban Mobility;

    * Operational execution and KPI delivery including definition and management of task forces as required, bearing in mind deliverables and specificities for each specific project;

    * Budget definition and control;

    * Proactive identification of opportunities for growth and continuous improvement under an ISO9001:2015 environment;

    * Acts as the main contact point between the client and BGI S.A. board of Directors;

    * Contributes to the Marketing & Communication strategies of the assigned project(s);

    * Prepares and reports internally and externally as per project specs.

Requisites:


    (required or preferred)

    * Project Management skills and /or certificate (ex. PMI);

    * Results-oriented and team player;

    * Be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment / under pressure;

    * Proficiency in English;

    * Ability to travel, nationwide and internationally;

    * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure;

    * Organized and strategic thinking;

    * STEM preferred. Candidates from non-exact disciplines will be considered as long as they can show a solid orientation for collaborative innovation, specialized consultancy and knowledge transfer.

    * 3 to 5 years prior experience.
