An 8-week mentorship phase built around a customized Go-To-Market Plan (GTMP), guiding each team through key milestones and strategic goals. Participants will have weekly mentor meetings to ensure steady progress, focused problem-solving, and tailored support to overcome core challenges.
The program concludes with a high-impact Demo Day, where teams present their MVP and Go-To-Market Plan to a jury of experts and potential early-stage investors. The event showcases progress, spotlights top projects, and opens doors to follow-up support and funding opportunities.

"This program has been the most valuable one for us so far. Unlike many other programs, there were no boring lectures or generic content that we see everywhere. The education part was short and very focused, exactly what we needed at this stage. After that, the main focus was on actually building our startup's strategy, creating the real plan, and doing the work.
Our mentor was amazing. Orily was a very supportive and caring mentor, and she genuinely cared about our progress. Through our conversations and the work we did during the program, our initial business plan changed a lot and became much stronger. Her guidance helped us see our idea more clearly and turn it into something much more realistic and solid."

"The Urban Mobility Startup Creation Program took my project from a raw idea to a clear, execution- ready venture. It helped me figure out the structure, guidance, and critical feedback needed to define the roadmap - what to build, how to do it, and who to build it with. The program transformed uncertainty into direction and laid the foundation for moving confidently from concept to incorporation and a full of prospects and opportunities journey. A solid foundation for any founder."

"The program was a bridge to ease some of the validation we needed to do for our offer. Expert opinion is a very valuable help to make things faster and better."

"Participation in BGI's Urban Mobility Startup Creation Program was key to turning our initial idea into a real company. The structured, customer-focused process helped us shape our go-to-market strategy and gave us the push needed to incorporate. The mentorship was highly valuable, providing practical insight and challenging our assumptions at critical moments. Overall, the hands-on approach and strong connection to the mobility ecosystem made the program a decisive step in our journey."
